I am so excited to again be able to welcome Rocket & 4-Beat legend Marcus Veda to our amazing yoga community in Stockholm. This is a 25 hour training open to yoga teachers as well any practitioner who would like to deepen their practice.
4-Beat is a dynamic Vinyasa flow born out of the Rocket Yoga system. The core of the practice is the alignment of the breath to the slow, regular beat of the music helping us to get to a state of synchronous moving meditation.
The training will take place at Moumo, Stockholm and run from Friday to Sunday between 8.00 a 18.00.
This is a fantastic chance to practice with one of the most appreciated teachers in London. Learn strong sequencing, fun transistions and invite more play and creativity into your practice!
